Sarita Bhakuni works as an assessment expert to develop training programs, deliver team building seminars, implement career development initiatives, create diversity empowerment programs, provide coaching, and in outplacement and selection. Sarita’s forte is creating growth while managing change for individuals and organizations across industries including health care, financial services, technology, consulting, retail, automobile, education, and not-for-profit.

Sarita began her career working with pharmaceutical companies until she shifted her work to hospitals, outpatient clinics, and universities. She has designed programs in conflict, leadership, diversity, career development, career transition, change management, stress management, coaching, team building, facilitating effective communication, and mentoring for corporations across the country. She  is an expert in delivering assessments and using them diagnostically with both employees and organizations. She specializes in multicultural issues around individuals and organizations, and works with clients to achieve insight around their potential to grow and change. 

Professional memberships include the American Psychological Association, the American Society of Training & Development the International Association of Career Professionals, Resources Management Association of Chicago and the Association for Psychological Type.

She received her B.S. degree from Ohio State University and her Master and Doctorate Degrees in Clinical Psychology from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. She is a Licensed Psychologist is Chicago and an adjunct faculty member of the Illinois School of Professional Psychology where she teaches graduate courses on group process and leading groups, and cultural diversity in clinical treatment.
