Organizations are more effective and productive when there is a positive employee-employer relations environment. Countless studies indicate that one of the primary reasons people leave their job is because of their boss. We believe in reversing this paradigm. We develop programs, policies and training which increase the competencies of supervisors to work effectively with their people and create a motivating work environment. While this is critical for first line supervisors, it is key to those in the C-suite as well.
